14 Days Return Window
Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery only if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The product is faulty

Since you bought your plates online, you have a legal right to change your mind.
Who Pays? If you just “changed your mind,” you usually have to pay the return postage.

Notification: You have 14 days from the day you receive the plates to tell Rvndrgoods you want to return them.
Shipping Back: Once you tell them, you have another 14 days to actually post the items back.
The Refund: They must refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or receiving proof that you sent them).

Replacement or Partial Refund
If your return is approved, you may choose:
• A replacement, or
• A partial refund (based on the condition of the returned item)
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
• In original packaging
• Unused (unless faulty)
• Complete with all accessories and components
If the item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, a partial refund will be issued to reflect the loss of value.
Return Shipping.
Who pays: The Buyer. requires the buyer to cover return postage for “change of mind” returns, provided they stated this in their terms at the time of purchase.
IV. For refunds of returned items, your refund will be processed after the items are received and checked to ensure that they have not been damaged nor used.
V. To get a full refund you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. Please note that if the returned item is used, damaged or missing parts/accessories directly attributable to you, the refund will be reduced by an amount up to the purchase price of the product to compensate for the lost value of the item.
VI. The delivery costs of your initial purchase, if any, are not refundable under this Voluntary Return Policy, without prejudice to your statutory rights as described above.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK), a retailer must refund you within 14 days of either receiving the goods back or receiving proof that you sent them.
Things to Watch Out For
- Working Days vs. Calendar Days: Most companies mean 10 working days (Monday–Friday). If there is a bank holiday, it might take closer to 14 calendar days.
- The “Return to Base” Rule: The 10-day clock usually starts only after they have the items back in their warehouse, not from the moment you post them.
